I was looking for a tag holder to hang charms on my dogs collar. It’s something that I’d be unable to find online so I messaged Myrtle and Willow on the off chance they’d be able to help. Much to my delight they made a few examples and sent a photo, they were perfect. They were sent out super quick and now my dog has somewhere to hang his various charms. I agree with everyone’s positive comments about Christy’s excellent service but what I wanted to add is an unexpected benefit: when my dog reaches 5m and the lead becomes taut, I am teaching her the words “too far” and she’s learning to stop and turn towards me, without coming all the way back to me. So I hope that in time she’ll be able to be free within a small circle around me.
Also, the lead acts as a natural drag line, and so seems to suppress her urge to run away. She seems very content.
Therefore I highly recommend these leads!

Absolutely beautiful lead. Just what my little girl needed to have her close by in some situations and to give her a bit more exploring room in others. I seem to have rescued a mud magnet and the lead washes brilliantly and looks brand new still. Very comfortable to hold. I was worried my muddy hands would mark the lead as I hold it in the same few places, but absolutely not. Looks perfect with the matching collar I also got 🙂

We have been using Myrtle and Willow for a long time, we have multiple leads and collars. Which are all still going strong we have 3 large breed dogs, the leads are perfect and by far the best we have ever used in regards to comfort.
The collars are perfect for wet walks as they don’t “get wet through”. We have recent asked if it was possible for a show lead to be made, as we was struggling with the thin leather leads cutting out hands. The lead that came couldn’t have been more perfect. Customer service is absolutely amazing! We will NEVER go anywhere else for our leads!

I ordered 2 leads and a safety clip, the products are fab exactly what we wanted. From ordering to the dogs wearing them was less than 24hrs. We got a lovely personalised card with the dogs names on. Another wonderful item from Myrtle and Willow. Colour, quality of the item, delivery and customer service all remain outstanding. As you can see, this old gentleman is exhausted from another day of looking gorgeous in this collar (and matching training lead!). The item is well made and fits in perfectly with his other gear. I wanted a traffic lead that when he’s working I can unclip him and still have a saftey net. It’s also small enough to not annoy him as he often doesn’t like things dangling but he doesn’t mind it. I will also use it in the house so it’s perfect size

After ruining yet another leather collar I needed a waterproof collar that was suitable for a sighthound (whippet) for my GPS tracker to be attached too. Myrtle and Willow were able to make me EXACTLY what I required. Super helpful service ensuring we got the measurements just right to make sure the collar wouldn't slip down my dogs neck when fitted. I went for a Teal and Forrest and a Brown and tan colour combo for my two whippets. I could even choose what colour hardware I wanted. Fully recommend these for any whippet owners who have water and mud loving whippets! A quick wipe or wash and they look good as new, not to mention they are wide too so no issues with the dogs necks. Leads that match are also avaliable which is great as you can get a matching set. Really reasonablely priced too. Now I just need to decide what colour to add to my collection next!

The products I bought were 100% customised to what I wanted and they are gorgeous. The quality is excellent. They must be comfortable as my Staffy x can be a bit scratchy around her neck, but doesn't seem bothered by her new collar. They look brand new and she has marked every other collar she has ever had within hours!

Really friendly and helpful seller, Myrtle & Willow was very patient as we asked quite a few questions and customised our order. The half check is lovely quality and suits our dog perfectly.
